Todd was so helpful with getting me in and getting my brakes checked on such short notice! Tire Discounters never disappoints with quality and efficient service. I’d recommend any of their locations to get your vehicle serviced.

In my experience their prices are on par with Walmart, can’t really find tires much cheaper. The best thing is they’re not Walmart, so even if they were a few bucks more I’d go there any day if it meant I didn’t have to mentally prepare myself for the horrors of Walmart.

Was in for an oil change and tire rotation (8/29/22), for one of our vehicles. Those nice folks checked out a lot of other things, and, insured that fluid levels were topped-off! My wife and I, recently moved to the greater Huntsville, AL area, from Utah. We're really happy that we have a tire store that we can feel confident in and know they'll take care of us and ensure our vehicles are always, "road ready". I'm a loyal customer of TD only because of the manager Todd at the Madison, AL store. He insures everything thing you take your car in for is done correct, and timely. He keeps the customer informed of any problems that may pop-up with your vehicle, and he also instruct he's colleagues perform proper customer satisfaction tactics. That entire place is clean, and professional. I drive 20 miles to get my vehicle serviced by the Madison team. They are awesome, and Todd is the reason why. Just finished another service with this shop. Met with professional & courteous staff as usual. However, I did notice they have no chairs available behind the counter for the staff to sit. I appreciate TD tries to make the store environment as much customer friendly as possible. However, taking care of your employees is equally important. I just don’t see the necessity for you to make your employees/manager stand there whole day while you could just provide couple of chairs for them to sit once a while. As a veteran, I know how this could cause chronic back problems if you stand like that day in and day out. Your workers are your most valuable assets. Please take care of them. Thanks.

I have been using the Skip the Shop valet pickup for a while now and it is always so convenient and the process is so fast. Just had my tires rotated. Called and asked what my mileage was when last rotated and I was a little past due to have done. He said you can come in 15 minutes and we'll get you right in. Was in and out, good service and friendly folks. Just might take them up on an oil change. Would be much closer than going to dealer.

I have been to Tire Discounters 2 times now. This time it was not long before closing time. Both times they took the time to explain and show me what was wrong. They were both times friendly to deal with and most of all charges me a reasonable price. I so appreciate they professionalism. Oh and shop and waiting/office area were all very clean.
