Best Chase Bank in Prescott hands down. Best customer service and care. The team here has been great. Each time I've contacted them for assistance or walked in for my banking needs, they've been amazing. Thank you Billy for taking time to assist me and saving me time and money! Avoid this bank. Since PNC took over BBVA the service is horrible. Customer service does not care or have a clue. They are fee happy and crooks, I recommend going with Capital One or Discover Checking. ~Dennis
