This branch may have had management and personnel competency issues in the past, but for the last 18 months I've been going, I've had nothing but a positive experience.

Best Chase Bank in Prescott hands down. Best customer service and care. The team here has been great. Each time I've contacted them for assistance or walked in for my banking needs, they've been amazing. Thank you Billy for taking time to assist me and saving me time and money! Thank you Jessica and Alexis being so welcoming and helpful. I hope Chase values each one of you and gives you due recognition for representing Chase in the best way possible. I am so thankful for this Chase branch and highly recommend this location in Prescott. Good location with a nice drive through, great inside banking, and ample parking. Close to grocery, food, shops and easy access to downtown Prescott!

Edit: been coming to this bank for three years now, and the brunette lady in the front was very rude when I asked for quarters. She said “yeah I have none, but maybe she (the girl next to her has some) so then she literally had me get in line for the other teller and wait a few mins as the she was helping someone else. Then finally she actually asked the woman herself “do you have any quarters for this young man?” Umm I’m 32 years old lady. I just thought it was rude how she couldn’t ask the woman next to her during our transaction if she had quarters and let me wait. Original review: Everyone has been very nice, unfortunately they usually only have one teller, but the thing I don’t understand is how there is no drive up ATM? They need to get one with such a high traffic area.

They allegedly have a faulty bill counter at the drive through teller. Went through the drive through because it was busy on Friday and we’re still social distancing due to COVID-19. Sent my deposit through the tube and the teller on the left (who was processing transactions at about 1 to every 3 that the competent teller on the right was processing) tells me my Cash deposit Is short $50. I tell her I counted it three times (not disclosing that I have 15+ years of cash counting experience myself and an excellent track record) and ask her to send it back. She does. I count it again and have my partner count it again. We both get the same amount. My deposit is NOT short. I send it back with this information. She has her more efficient colleague re-count it who gives us the thumbs up through the window. After a $12 “service fee” days before this deposit, I am considering moving my money after almost 20 years of banking with Chase. Didn’t Chase just get a government bail-out and they’re still cheating their customers out of money?! Unreal!

The ATM miss read a check and paid me too much. When I contacted a different branch they did not follow up. This branch took my amount and deducted the amount out of my account. Did not follow up with the bank drawn on the account. The person who wrote the check had to contact her bank which they put back the funds and then settled it with Chase Bank.

The bank representative, Cody, was very patient with my inexperienced questions concerning credit building and getting a secured credit card. He also advised me on starting a saving account. Thank you very much, CHASE BANK is the bank to have....especially if you are a veteran. I highly recommend CHASE.

Being "busy" is not a reason to give this location one star... Some of the below reviews are people who are impatient and want banking to be 1975 again- that is not why im giving this location 2 stars. I went in to make a cash withdrawal and presented the necessary ID etc. What kind of bank doesnt have $30,000 on hand? Their solution: come back in two days and we'll have it shipped in. I was very reasonable- asking them for a cashiers check instead.... Their answer: Have a seat and we'll charge you 10$ for a cashiers check.... No way of waving the fee (even though they didnt have the cash to begin with) I refused to pay a fee; out of principle! Why should I pay a fee for them not having a few thousand on hand? ... Why did I have to suggest 3 solutions for them to solve THEIR OWN issue? Is there no one employed at this location capable of waving a 10$ fee? I asked them to call other branches and inquire if anyone has the "enormous" amount of 30k.... She told me have a seat and we will try to find out. Chase bank is a modern many location, good technology bank. What they are missing is human beings with problem solving ability and common sense. Needless to say I will now keep bare minimum balances and use their great app/atms... Any large funds will be placed elsewhere.

I give Chase Bank 0 stars. Everything is so difficult for this bunch of idiots here. Always long lines and no tellers. Very unprofessional. Seems like they recruit from fast food restaurants. Too many fees for very little service. Also why is there a 10 day hold on my deposits? Everything is electronic or so it seems. When I write a check the mony leaves the account right away so why do they take 10 days to put it in my account. The only good thing they ever do is give my dog treats.

I generally have good experiences at this branch. I'm not a fan of all the new automation, but they have staff assigned to help customers navigate the new style ATM's for deposits, withdrawals and other services. Would be 5 star if they had more person to person interactions.

I agree with Mark Wison. I am really tired of going into your lobby and having your employees ask me if I want to use the new ATM machine. And then I am asked how much my transaction will be. I don't want other people in line hearing if I am making a cash withdrawal and how much money I am taking out. What if I get robbed in the parking lot? Open up more teller lines instead of having your people asking everyone questions, in front of the other customers. I don't care about your new ATM.
