Best federal credit union in Prescott, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and I’ve been very happy with PFCU. However, the past 4-5 months it’s been a challenge to reach them, my call goes to voicemail yet it’s full, or the doors are locked. When I have been able to reach someone I’ve been told that they opened late because a staff member was sick or they were closing early because they’re shorthanded. I recently found out that Sharon, the bank manager, retired September of last year. Now it makes sense why the quality of service has gone downhill. I don’t feel that PFCU is professional nor reliable anymore so I’m closing my account. ~Rachel
