I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and I’ve been very happy with PFCU. However, the past 4-5 months it’s been a challenge to reach them, my call goes to voicemail yet it’s full, or the doors are locked. When I have been able to reach someone I’ve been told that they opened late because a staff member was sick or they were closing early because they’re shorthanded. I recently found out that Sharon, the bank manager, retired September of last year. Now it makes sense why the quality of service has gone downhill. I don’t feel that PFCU is professional nor reliable anymore so I’m closing my account.

I've been w/ PFCU over 8 yrs & have always rated 5 stars but the last few months something has changed & not for the better too. I'm really sad about this turn of events as all of the people working there are like close friends or family to me.

Bad bad bad service I'm always getting hung up on and their phone hasn't worked for longer than 2 week's now. Bad for business although I do like Sharon but she is no longer with them she retired and the new Sharon isn't so friendly to me at least

DON'T TRUST THEM. They are too nice, and they smile! Yeah, actually Smile! They say things like, "Thank you", "Have a great Day", and "Hope to see you soon "! This just doesn't happen anymore! Go see for yourself! 🤣

I've been a customer for 20+ years. These bank clerks rock. My fave? Ms Empire Princess bank mgr,. Esq. She's always GROOVY to me, Thee Complete Bank Manager, and not bad looking too. Deal with her_ 1000%

The people who work at this Credit Union are unbelievable. Sharon and Kirsten in particular, have gone out of their way for me so many times, from having funds stolen from my debit card, too late payments, they are always willing to work with me and I have never been treated better
