I don't know what the hiring process is ,but it looks like anyone that can say good morning can get a job here no banking experience needed the customer service here really is horrible an if call the 800 number they're just as incompendent as the tellers paid off my loan on my truck cash an I have 10 business days incase i change my mind an want to a new loan it before I can get my title ,once I get it I'm done with this mickey mouse wanting to be a credit union

Worst bank i have ever had in my life !! It’s taken now two weeks to try to get my paycheck to clear because the banker gave me incorrect account number... and now they have my check on a week hold and aren’t releasing it ... customer service is terrible! No one knows what they are doing .. canceling my account

They charged me $6 for debit card withdrawal plus the other bank charged me $3.50 so I paid $9.50 to withdraw money from my account.They have very few locations so you are almost forced to use another banks ATM machine.They mail no statements everything is on the internet which is risky ,I was the victim of identity fraud years ago but not at this bank.Tellers okay

Horrendous customer service. Incredibly terrible and rude tellers. I'd rather let a homeless drug addict watch over my money than have to deal with this bank ever again.

The customer service is excellent. I have my savings account with them and appreciate the fact that they're not all over the place. It actually helps me save my money. The have great hours too. Including Saturday hours. So that if I do need to go in, they actually open. I completely recommend TCF Bank.
