let me tell you about my cashier 2 nights in a row! This cashier was a burst of sunshine! Full of positive vibes, smiles and laughter! It was so nice and up lifting to see such a ray of sunshine in this crazy world we live in! I do not know this lady but because of her i will shop at this cvs more often! THANK YOU CHALESE! Just started using this pharmacy two months ago and have not been disappointed! In the last week I have went through the pharmacy drive and the gentleman was so nice and sweet. I would just like to give a shout out, I have been getting my prescriptions at this CVS for about 5 years, and everytime I go there to pick up my meds, there is a guy named Ralph that works the drive through window, and he is the nicest and kindest person I've ever dealt with, he just makes it an enjoyable and easy experience every time, and I would just like to say that man deserves a raise! Thank you Ralph for what you do!

The staff is very helpful, and considerate,but the corporation isnt paying nearly enough, and seems to run the staff ragged by running short staffed, for years. They are 24hours,that's what earned the second star.. but even at this point of the pandemic they haven't thought to order n95 masks, or are unable to procure them. Either way, they should have them.

Tried to go to Target CVS in Massillon. They were closed because noone had showed up there the last 2 days. Tried to come to this pharmacy to get my son's script filled and the nasty pharmacist called me a liar and said the Target CVS was open. When I said they definitely were NOT she said there was nothing THEY could do to help us. Horrible nasty people and customer service. Why is CVS still in business??

Sat in the drive-thru pharmacy window line for an hour. The guy inside didn't even have the decency to let anybody know he was ignoring the window. Car after car just kept pulling away. We didn't know that until we had the sit in the line for an hour. Worthless pharmacy. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. Too bad I had to give as much as one star.

Pick another branch. Did call ahead refill Rx 2 times still not ready over a week later. Had to wait over an hour to get my RXs filled. Drive thru only for Covid Test. So I had to go in post opp to get my RXs. The call ahead phone service doesn't work. This location doesn't answer their phone. Every customer in line got the same speech from the cashier. Sorry it's not quit ready. I'll expedite it is will be 20 mins. Why even have a phone service it is doesn't work? Corporate needs to get this location staffed or shut it down. Corporate needs to think of the staff and the customers.

The pharmacy is slow but helpful as far as the in store staff is ignorant and has no knowledge of product or services. The staff this morning was rude and showed no class or customer assistance or appreciation. I work for a PBM and the service that I received makes me want to know my president to remove CVS as a preferred pharmacy. It seems like the store should be rebranded not as how may I assist you but what do you Want me to do about it? The stores staff needs retraining in how to provide exceptional customer service,
