Garrett was super helpful. He helped us set up an account, apply and qualify for an auto loan and gave us information about financial literacy to build our credit. So grateful to read these reviews, I thought it was me. They are extremely rude and it always feels so personal. I want to open an account for my son but have limited time and this is the closest bank. Instead of putting him through their inappropriate attitudes, I'm going to pay someone to watch my business so I have time to take him elsewhere. Luckily there are other BOA branches with helpful staff. And their ATM drive thru is ridiculous. I too cringe every time I have to go there. ~Kath
