I had the pleasure of working with Alba for our auto loan and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. 1. She reached out to make sure all documents that were needed for our loan were submitted. Then she reviewed everything and had us approved in less than an hour. 2. Any questions I had over email were responded to in less than a couple of minutes. Amazing communication! Did I mention all of this was done without me having to physically be in a branch? Without a doubt the best online loan experience I've had in a while. Thank you again for all your help Alba!

I called the Alvernon branch today, and spoke with Ivann. She was helpful, courteous, and funny. She made my transaction effortless. In other words, she gave me great service! I have worked on the phones in a customer service capacity and I have also been a manager in the same environment, so I have high expectations. I worked at a major bank and a credit union before, and this was one of the best banking experiences I've had. Ivann Acosta had been helping me with an auto loan since March and this week I finally got the vehicle I've always wanted thanks to her. She was always super quick to respond and super polite over the phone. She would follow up a couple times a month to see how my car search was going too, which was greatly appreciated. I'm actually bummed though that she won't get the credit for the sale since she has been helping me for almost 5 months, there was something about my dealership using a different system. In the future, I will absolutely refer her to anyone I know that is looking for a loan.

Sharon Scala at the Oro Valley Branch went above and beyond throughout a personal loan process. This is my second loan with them and they have the most competitive rates and absolute best customer service.
