Best moving and storage service in Tucson, Arizona (AZ) 2024

When I first contacted the office, the person I talked to was thorough in asking questions to meet my moving requirements. She quickly helped me figure out what I needed for my move. She also answered a number of questions I had and put me at ease (many years since I last moved). The day I was supposed to move, I went to finalize arrangements at a storage facility only to discover the one day sealing project was not finished. I would not have access to the facility. This was an hour before the movers were to arrive. I immediately called and Nicolosi turned on a dime to cancel that day and set me up for the next day. I was very relieved. They contacted me a half hour ahead of their arrival to be sure we were still on. The move went very well. The movers were professional and personable. They were efficient in wrapping items, packing the truck and getting things unpacked. They put things right where I wanted them to effectively use the space. If I could give 0 stars I would. This shipping company delivered all my items to the wrong address, they didn’t even know until I called them. The person they delivered it to found my contact info on a piece of luggage and contacted me to let me know he had my stuff. If it was not for his integrity I would have never been able to locate my items. DOD should find a new shipping company to take care of service members moving forward. Additionally, I HIGHLY recommend you do a ditty move before using this company, save yourself a lot of emails, phone calls and time. They still have yet to take accountability of this mistake. ~Dee

Had to keep truck longer. Tried to turn it in sooner, but no one would ever call me back. I had my furniture still I'm it m nanager at call center set me up for one month freev storage. But local is trying to charge me for days after I tried to return the truck. Negiotating now ~Debra
