Nobody there during open hours. Call center people couldn't get in contact with anyone at *any* level who services the location, then they hung up on me. No security presence. Security devices didn't even appear to be connected to power. Looking into the storage area, it looks like the place has had the copper stripped out of it. Why in gods name would I give these people money and then also my stuff?

Had to keep truck longer. Tried to turn it in sooner, but no one would ever call me back. I had my furniture still I'm it m nanager at call center set me up for one month freev storage. But local is trying to charge me for days after I tried to return the truck. Negiotating now

This uhaul is better than most. Been here a few times, they've been helpful and polite. But then again... I am waiting for them to open. Sign says they open at 8am. Its 8:20 and the doors are still locked. Kinda frustrating cause I've got so much packing to do, but instead I am waiting in the parking lot!

I checking in here because I need a truck and an auto trailer for my move. Each member if the staff I spoke with was nice and the one who actually helped me was very kind explaining things I had to do in regard to safety with the auto trailer. I bought some pads and tape for my move, he told me after my truck was loaded and my car towed that I could leave it there in the parking and come pick it at 4 am as I wanted...which I did. At the end he was surprised that that I tipped him a 20. To me it was just normal, work well done, i was happy and I tipped...period.

The guy that was working tonight( June 10th) was so rude. I got there about 15-10 minutes before closing and I had about 3 dollys and 3 floor dollys and he wouldn't help unload them because he was closing and told me to go to another location that was open later than he was. I will never be going back to this location. I don't recommend this location to ANYONE!
