The lady that was working here was very attentive and appreciative.. she helped me with several different issues I was having and she fixed them for me after me having to go to different location off of Pima and speedway they did not help me and what I asked .. I asked for help with a few things, they acted like they were to busy... The Lady at this location is one definitely cool cat she's a keeper... She helped me dissolve my issues thank you I forgot her name LOL

I tried to pay my bill at the metro at 22nd street in frys shopping center they said they dont take cash!!!??? I had to find another metro before they closed. Luckily this metro was awesome!

The customer service is better by calling the 1-800 number. The stores "don't have the authority" to make discounts. I was disappointed with the service at the store.

Charged me for service, didn’t run the IMEI. Refused to refund the activation fee after phone didn’t work in store. Extremely frustrating. Pro tip: don’t trust that the metro reps run checks before charging your card.

Very disappointed I recently switched back from boost to Metro was happy to get in on the two free phones during my purchase I was informed that my phone's had Insurance everything is well protected and I was good to go so I was happy I didn't mind paying the extra money this evening my secondary phone was stolen so I went over 2 Metro to report the theft and was then notified insurance was put only on one phone and not the other I then notified the representative that I wanted the phone to be locked and blacklisted she stated that since that phone did not have insurance I was not able to do that. I do not understand why when you purchase two phones insurance is only on one now the person who took my phone is able to unlock it and have a free phone brand new still the Box I'm out of that money very very disappointed

Best store ever . They have a great manager Mica was so helpful after buying my phone 3 month the speaker went out I bought it at the park place store . When I called the park place they told me my phone only had a 30 day warnenty and if I wanted to get another one I would be without a phone for 5 days . After talking to Mica I found out that wasn't true . My phone has a year manufacturer warranty thank God for her I am a caregiver and can't be without my phone. I highly recommend this store
