Something about this company's phones seems to really like destroying themselves within a few months...had a brand new Samsung Galaxy s12 for around 4 months, the thing fried for no explainable reason

Had a great experience here with a wonderful sales consultant Natalie. She was able to help us and meet our budget perfectly. The phones we got are our personal favorites. I love this Metro PCS location!!! Araceli and Natalie did an A-Mazing job at helping me. I simply told them either LG or Moto with the best camera and most storage and they got me the best phone with a great deal!!! I thought it was going to be double the price. I was so excited I paid a month ahead with some of the savings!!! I'd recommend this location. This level of costomer service is rare! Thank you ladies. 💪🏋️🌹

Waste of my time. My wife and I went here to upgrade our phones from our old LG Stylo 2. We wanted the Moto G7 Power. They had none in stock. Couldn't tell us when they would get them. Tried hard to sell us the Stylo 5 Ended up driving to the store on Flowing Wells where we got the phone we wanted and got great service as well

Open late, closes early. This metro store is literally incompetent with its hours. The only saving grace ir has is the employees are very helpful once you get inside (although that might be debatable). Either way, go to a different metro store, this one is BAD
