If I can rate this no stars that’s what I would give. Store needs better management to represent company employee “Mara” rejected my services Byod and also said I wasn’t able to buy a new SIM card to my phone. my phone has been with cricket for years I’ve never had an issue till today also inform and train employees not to touch the customers it’s very unprofessional I could file a law suite with the footage I have I highly recommend other cricket customers to NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION not a place for business. Every customer is big asset to the company and unfortunately this place needs new management in order to keep this place to go up and not down.

It wasn't great at all the guy tricked us into getting a free phone if I would change from METRO to Cricket but also it was only SUPOSE to charge us 80.00 My man ended up paying 130.00 I'm regretting going back to Cricket I'm also having problemsbwit this cheap free phone they said they gave me its a piece Of junk whomever I talk to on the other line aren't able to hear me so half of the time I'm not heard on the other end so I end up telling into my phone!!!!@very annoying an embarrassing need another phone o I will b going back to METRO BELIEVE that .plus he told me I would get a free cover an he paid 25.00 for that lol speaker after he told me I had a free cover coming but they were out of the one I really wanted he played us good let me tell u ....but I'm seriously thinking of going back you great METRO they never play tricks o lol lying games I don't like that!!!very unhappy Customer so I need my cover plus a better phone one that works right please....
