Stopped for gas, restroom, snacks. No prices on snacks, got 1 bag caramel bugles, 1 bag combos, 2 peanut M&Ms, 1 Smart Water…….Total + Tax=$17.85. Roof leaking, bathrooms dirty-no soap, & poorly lock with sign saying knock before entering. Cashier relays new owner & needs new roof, I guess they’re price gouging to pay for a new roof? Gave 2 stars instead of 1 due to cashier was friendly. ~David

I will get some reviews to put it from some other people because I don’t want to spend my time for this Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours :( in the drive through. Pharmacy has issues and it's gotten worse over the years. Expect to be in line anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes at the MINIMUM. A new development, the drive thru will shut down throughout the day without warning. I've called and they tell me that when they are short staffed, they just close the drive thru. Unfortunate for those unable to come inside as the meds they need are now out of their reach until they have the available staff to operate the pharmacy (which could be a day or two). This is unacceptable and management needs to do something about it. It is also taking longer to have a prescription filled. I've waited four days before a prescription is actually ready after dropping off the paper script. Also, depending on the staff you get, they seem to be extremely tired (yawning, checking their phones, moving about like they're just not focused). This is not the environment to have workers like this. ~John

Due to staff shortage this pharmacy is often closed without notice. On May 27 I sent two prescriptions to be refilled there and went to pick them up not knowing they would be closed. There was a paper sign saying they were closed until Sunday, May 29. Our prescriptions were never filled. I called the other CVS to see if they could fill them and was told there was nothing they could do. Since they weren’t filled, they were “stuck in their system.” The solution they gave me was to call my doctor and get a new prescription. We were leaving for an out of the country vacation and were without medication. Please know this before filling your medication here. If you send it and they aren’t there, you are out of luck and no other CVS will help you. ~Ashley

CAME HOME WITH LICE! I had a 6 month old (at the time) with no contact with any other kids except her cousins who never got lice. I, her mother, in the other hand picked something up from one of these shows (seriously I don't get out...I need a mom's group but that's another story). 4 months and hundreds of dollars later (tried absolutely everything including prescription THEN went to the Lice Clinics of America) I'm still scratching and paranoid that I still have them. All this while trying to breastfeed. WARNING: Keep your hair up and avoid brushing up against the clothes on the racks, use a lint roller on yourself before you leave, and when you get home wash everything or keep everything sealed in a plastic bag for 48 hours (per Lice Clinic). ~Candace

Pumps need to be recalibrated or simply fixed. I sat here for 15 minutes while the pump operated extremely slow. 15 minutes of time for only 14 gallons of fuel is ridiculous! Not the first time this has happened so this may be the last time I purchase gas from here. Another pump was closed with bags in the handles and this pump barely works. They obviously don’t care about maintenance or upkeep on their equipment. ~Derek

Came in to resolve an issue with my account and was treated like a child by one of the managers. Was told she would call back after speaking with a superior. I never heard from her so I had to come back in 3 days later just to have her tell me, “Yeah I couldn’t get it resolved.” ~Logan

I hardly ever leave reviews but please take your money elsewhere. The management here is terrible. Charged my account $70+ in less than 2 weeks, was told it was an accidental charge and a refund would be issued. I called back because it had been a couple weeks and no refund issued, was told to not expect it to come. I was very unhappy with this and had to jump through many hoops to cancel my membership. ~Sam

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered 2 smash cupcakes, 1 scoop of ice cream, 1 cupcake, 2 chocolate bombs, and 3 doggie treats. I had the lemon drop smach cupcake with the butter pecan, and chocolate ice cream. My son had the strawberry cupcake with the superman, and unicorn ice cream. We will for sure be back! ~Alicia
