Terrific cupcakes. Always very fresh and as we tend to buy too many, good that they stay fresh for at least a week. Also have a reward program.

Three stars because my husband and I went in last week and was attempting to purchase one cupcake and redeem my free cupcake. The young lady tried to up sale us (as expected everytime we or I go in). I normally accept because we have a big family and why not. Our children went to their grandmother's house and there was no need. She's fabricated and saidp they only way we could get two cupcakes is if we purchased them in a package deal and redeem the free cupcake separately. This was after I declined the buy six get one free offer. I told my husband she's lying. She looked annoyed at the decline and that's when she came up with..we can't just buy one cupcake gig, if we planned to get two. My cards on my phone needed to be updated and wouldn't work. So I redeemed my free cupcake and told her my husband would be back for the others. He went back brought mine to me and as I was taking the cupcake paper off.. a dead fly feel from cupcake. It wasn't a whole fly. The fly was big and only half of its body was on my cupcake. I seen the cupcake prior. She gave us the exact same ones we had previously (I could tell by the shape. The one she selected was weird shaped.. as if the cupcake sheets/cups were filled too much). There's no way this was an accident! I've spent close to, if not over, 200$ here in maybe a months time The young lady that served us was short with curly hair. One of the times prior I was there the owner (I assume) was going over numbers or something with her and he helped me that day. Not saying it was her, but it was someone. I have more to redeem and would have been back to redeem the 10% on a birthday cake or cupcakes for my daughter. But we good on this one. I told my husband we're not getting cupcakes from this location again. Either Maumelle or try Little Dumplings. It normally only takes one bread experience for me to not return to anywhere in spending money.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered 2 smash cupcakes, 1 scoop of ice cream, 1 cupcake, 2 chocolate bombs, and 3 doggie treats. I had the lemon drop smach cupcake with the butter pecan, and chocolate ice cream. My son had the strawberry cupcake with the superman, and unicorn ice cream. We will for sure be back!

Got my daughters 13th birthday cake special made here. Payed in advance. The pearls were missing on it that I payed for. But it tasted amazing and my daughter loved it anyway. The girls that work there are nice and helpful.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. The staff here are angels sent straight from Heaven. I got my birthday cake yesterday and was not expecting what I got. It was beyond delicious. There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe the taste of that cake. It was also huge so we started feeding it to the servers in the restaurant. I’ve never tried anything here I didn’t like but the customer service is what makes this place my go to now.

If you haven't tried smallcakes you are MISSING OUT! I had never tried such a delicious ice cream and this soft of a cupcake, and TOGETHER?! oh gosh!!! Check out their smash cakes! Please try the caramel ice cream! It came from heaven oh and it's made there!! My new favorite place customer service? get out of here they are awesome!!! I feel like we're besties!
