This place is a joke. They have no desire to provide care for patients. I just moved to the area. Rarely had problems with ou cvs at home. I have a 2nd degree burn on my arm and said I can't get my medications until the next day. 5 hours before close. This cvs just needs to be shut down!

Due to staff shortage this pharmacy is often closed without notice. On May 27 I sent two prescriptions to be refilled there and went to pick them up not knowing they would be closed. There was a paper sign saying they were closed until Sunday, May 29. Our prescriptions were never filled. I called the other CVS to see if they could fill them and was told there was nothing they could do. Since they weren’t filled, they were “stuck in their system.” The solution they gave me was to call my doctor and get a new prescription. We were leaving for an out of the country vacation and were without medication. Please know this before filling your medication here. If you send it and they aren’t there, you are out of luck and no other CVS will help you.

Tried to purchase Advil allergy and sinus. Was told that I had to fill my prescriptions there and couldn't buy the non prescription drug. Cvs doesn't care about our health. Ridiculous

I got the notification that my order had been filled, I was 15 minutes from the store. I showed up at 4:35 on a Sunday afternoon sign says Pharmacy closes at 6:00 and I thought sweet plenty of time as I had waited most of the day to get the notification to pick up. I walk back they are closed; I ask the store manager on duty, and they said they did not know why they are closed that they just left and didn't tell anyone. These people are not selling bananas on the street corner, they have peoples medicine that they are waiting on! They shouldn't be able to go and come as they please, I can't do that on my job and it not near as important as theirs. Come on people!! Needless to say, I will be moving my business elsewhere because this isn't the first problem I have had with this Pharmacy, and you should too.

Pharmacy is understaffed to point service is often backed up, comes off very curt or even rude, & phones aren't answered in timely manner. Corporate cuts & controls are harming customers & staff.

I’ve been trying to call this store for 2 days. Now on hold 30 min. Less than helpful pharmacy staff when there in person. Numerous times I’ve been told meds are ready by the texting system only to get there and find out they were not. I wish there was another CVS closer or that I didn’t have insurance that required me to use CVS at all. If you don’t want to help people, find another job.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The staff and pharmacy manager were extremely rude. The system shows my rx filled 10/28/21 but is in process on 11/3/21. I'm out of my meds. They don't care and instead of notifying their patients they instead backdated the refills. Fraud!!!!! Then pharmacy manager got rude and told ME it was my job to contact them and remind them when the rx runs low or out. It is set on automatic refill! Besides that I'm disabled and not able to always keep up with my meds. That's what their job is!!! Refilling medications in a timely manner.

This particular pharmacy has the most rude pharmacy staff and is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I was told it would take 48 hours to fill a prescription. The staff was very rude and non-caring. Usually people need a new prescription quickly, but they do not care. It’s not as though I waited until the last minute for a refill. It’s a prescription my doctor wanted me to take immediately . I always loved CVS in the other towns I’ve lived but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Experience use to be good. Over past year has turned horrible. My mother is older and has many health issues. I usually go get her medications or take her to get her meds. Continuously this place has told my mother on the phone that her meds would be ready the next day only for me to get there and them say they are not ready yet. Even after being told the day before they would be ready. Seems to be a trend as 2 elderly gentlemen in front of me were told the exact same thing. Same excuse given every time the empty BS apology and "we are so backed up". If you are selling so good and have been backed up for a year then maybe hire more people to handle the workload. Horrible pharmacy. I highly recommend finding another pharmacy in the area. I have recommended to my mother to find another.

I don't know what has happened with this particular store, but I plan on switching. I have used them for years and always had great service. The past few months, it is taking days to fill my monthly prescription and you can rarely reach them by phone. I have spent all afternoon trying to get thru to let them know I need my prescription today because I know when we show up to pick them up, they're going to tell us they still aren't ready and to come back. I have made several attempts to reach them, only to be placed on hold for over 13 mins each time I called. I have finally given up. I do not recommend.
