I was told by pharmacists they weren't able to fill my order until the next day because they only had 2 pharmacists in . So to be honest I took my business to Walmart where they filled it in 30 minutes Looks like we would be moving all of our children's and my wife's medications over to Walmart

Being understaffed, they are doing a great job!

I know there are staff shortages but Lordy this CVS is the worst. Staff are rude as hell, it took repeated visits get a simple common Rx filled and they had a retail cashier helping in pharmacy the last time I was there who knew nothing about the pharmacy and was just a body. It was ridiculous. The hours are not store hours but dependent on when they have enough humans which varies. You’re better off at another location.

It was my very first visit dropping off and picking up a prescription at this store location. I was doing so for a relative who just had a visit with the dentist . Drop off went well and it was quick but smooth. However, after I returned to pick up, it didn't seem as if anyone noticed me, even after standing there 10 mins ⏰. There were 3 staff members present consisting of 2 techs and a pharmacist. One worked the drive-thru and she looked right at me but hadn't told the others. The pharmacist saw me, too. A man came to consultation and the pharmacist verbally acknowledged him. So, I waved my hands 👐 in the air to get their attention. This caused the pharmacist to focus on assisting me. Ultimately, a crowd of people stood behind 10 mins later. While I was being overlooked or ignored, that gave them time to arrive. I felt the pharmacy team was overwhelmed due to a small staff. Customer service and communication skills need improvement immediately!

This one is a THOUSAND times better than the one on Harrison Rd. This one actually answers their phone (the one on Harrison Rd just lets it ring- when you're waiting in line there, you hear the recording saying 4 pharmacy calls but no one ever picks up!) and the pharmacist is polite and professional (the one at Harrison Rd should not be working with the public, he is rude and unprofessional!) I am transferring all my prescriptions and business to this store, even though it is further from my home and work!

It was ok. Not good...not bad. I had to come back twice because of a mix up with my insurance company. Not CVS fault, but they weren't particularly helpful.

There should be a 0 for this store! I personally left CVS a while ago due to major HIPPA violations, HUGE mistakes, and very poor customer service in the pharmacy. I was actually given someone else's pain script, plus it was not even counted out! It was the shelf bottle. I promptly returned it and pulled my business! That was the last straw! Recently, I had to go there for a family member who is in end stage cancer. Of course, for pain medications. The oncologist sent them over, and they did not carry the liquid form needed for PEG tubes, fair enough, totally understandable. It took a day to get in. When I went to pick it up, they were short on the quantity and stated that if I picked it up, I would lose the rest of the order????? He needed it, so I went on. They also did not check or scan an ID! Okay, so second time... Script sent over by oncologist on a Monday, called on way home, and they stated it would be ready in an hour. Nope, needed to order again. It would not be in until Wednesday. NOPE! Then told Thursday. I called 3 times, waiting on long holds. Fair enough, EVERYONE is short-handed.. After speaking to the tech who, after given the patient name, DOB, she gave some song and dance about him never having anything filled there!!!! 😳 she finally got it right and stated that they STILL did not have the medicine! I then asked for the pharmacist, who has been there for many years! She acted as if she had no clue as to where she even was! After 3 holds and 20 minutes, she finally tells me that she has the medicine and it will be ready in an hour. So when I arrived, there were MANY unhappy, waiting customers. The tech was so unprofessional and violated at least 2 HIPPA rules. Giving information to the wrong customers. It was the most absurd visit ever! When I finally was up, she looked for the meds and was short the one I had been waiting for since Monday! She started ringing them up, and I asked about it, and she stated I do not know; we do not have it. I stated that I was not leaving here without it. She went to the pharmacist, who stated that the med was $115. The tech then looked at me and said and I quote "She is going to pay that just to get a pain med?" 😳 When the inept pharmacist finally came over, she was very rude about the whole thing, making me state that it was for an end stage cancer family member that I am caring for because she would not listen. They were all very judgemental about the pain medication, for which is none of their business as long as prescribed by a doctor, and protocol is followed! FINALLY, an employee from the front comes to help because at this point, they all were making things up as they went along and creating a very bad atmosphere for customers. They even stated out loud how all the customers were angry tonight! This gal was awesome! Smiled, she was patient, kind, and understanding when I inspected all the scripts. She even thought to give me syringes knowing (because it said on the script) that med was for a PEG tube! Kudos to her. SHE should be running the whole store! I am pulling all of the scripts and will never go back again. I heard at least 5 customers say that.

12/28/2020 at 6:30pm The level of disrespect at this store is impressive! I finally could afford to print some pictures and THIS is how they were given to me! These are treasured memories, thrown into a plastic bag with total disregard. I asked for the manager who claimed to be the same person. All she had to say was “It wasn’t me!” No apology or NOTHING! You see a mess, CLEAN IT UP! This represents your business. She has no shame, no respect for customers, not a single shred of decency in this manager. I hope someone reprimands her!

It’s a CVS. Well stocked, easy layout, and minimal staff interaction unless needed (which some reviews seem to attribute as negative but as someone who gets their stuff and gets out —especially during a global pandemic — I appreciate). Adding my review because with how often recently they’ve had to deal with me showing up right at open or right before close, I want to let them know I’m thankful.

Some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They always blame my doctor's office or my insurance company for their inability to fill my prescriptions. I asked about a covid19 test today, I have no symptoms, and they told me to leave the store. VERY RUDE PHARMACY CLERKS!! I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
