Best vitamin and supplements store in Fredericksburg, Virginia (VA) 2024

It was my very first visit dropping off and picking up a prescription at this store location. I was doing so for a relative who just had a visit with the dentist . Drop off went well and it was quick but smooth. However, after I returned to pick up, it didn't seem as if anyone noticed me, even after standing there 10 mins ⏰. There were 3 staff members present consisting of 2 techs and a pharmacist. One worked the drive-thru and she looked right at me but hadn't told the others. The pharmacist saw me, too. A man came to consultation and the pharmacist verbally acknowledged him. So, I waved my hands 👐 in the air to get their attention. This caused the pharmacist to focus on assisting me. Ultimately, a crowd of people stood behind 10 mins later. While I was being overlooked or ignored, that gave them time to arrive. I felt the pharmacy team was overwhelmed due to a small staff. Customer service and communication skills need improvement immediately! ~Verneeky
