Good for a quick pit stop it is a busy wawa on a main road, the worker's are great and hard working. bathrooms aren't the best but it's a gas station be forgiving and this is a general wawa problem but food is dull

This WAWA is not very clean. We went in around 5:00pm ordered a sub. I got chicken cheese steak and my husband got a steak and cheese. Mine hardly had any meat on it and hardly any condiments. I asked for cheese but none to be found even though I paid for it!! My husband's was good. Had to wait forever for our order while the employees were chatting with each other. Don't think we will get food here again. Would rather go to sheetz for food. Will however keep going here for gas!

Extremely long wait times for doordash orders. Food is almost never ready when I arrive, and it usually takes at least 15-20 minutes from the time I arrive for the order to be made. This time is usually the minimum. Orders arent even big. This is a problem with most wawas but especially this location.

I door dash here often and I tell you what. Even when I come into here and it’s packed full the staff here are amazing and hard workers! They should be thanked more often for their hard work!!! Some of the hardest workers in Fredericksburg for sure!

Depending on what you order the food is good, however, it is not made with consistency (yesterday I got a salad with barely any dressing, and today when I ordered the same salad it was beyond coated with dressing). The hamburgers at first were good but now they always seem to come cold with ingredients just thrown about. Likewise, certain employees do not have the best customer service. For example, when I got one part of my meal, I went away from the counter to put it in a bag and reorganize my items in hand (to avoid anything spilling). At that time, my other part of my order got called, and I went quickly to gather up the items I had set down and started heading up to the counter, but by then the worker repeatedly called my number rudely and impatiently. I understand they need to keep things moving and counter space clear, but I feel like common sense could’ve been used since I was the only one in that area and I was heading their way. Positively though, some workers have good customer service skills, the store has a good variety of snacks, drink, and food options, and is kept clean.

As my morning wasn’t so great I got better once I stopped at this Wawa! I was greeted at the door very kindly by one of the ladies behind the register and when I went to go pay for my things she was just so nice!.. And so was the lady that was making my coffee.. I messed up my coffee order and she fixed it right away with no hesitation! I wish I knew the names of these two ladies because they were just so kind to me …

we really like to stop at Wawa when we are on the road because they have very inexpensive gas, clean restrooms and lots of options for food. One thing that I noticed this time is that they have touch and pay for Apple pay Google pay and Samsung pay, which makes the experience even more quick.

Always get my gas at a wawa. This one is on my way to/from work. Coffee is the best I've had and their food is great too. Can be soggy at times but good. Air pumps for tires and desial fuel. Staff is usually friendly.
