Good quality service and quick turnaround of my car when I needed a windshield replacement. Not the smoothest experience, but not an awful experience either. I called for a quote on when my windshield could be installed, and they gave me an estimate for when the windshield would be shipped in and to wait for a call from them. After the estimated date passed with no call, I called back and they had to order the windshield because it hadn’t been done the first time. When the glass did get in, they forgot to re-plug in a component before installing the new windshield, and had to keep my car for an extra day to fix it. They were very apologetic and professional about the entire experience, and without the hiccups my car would have been in and out in less than 2 hours. ~Ben
