I called for a quote on when my windshield could be installed, and they gave me an estimate for when the windshield would be shipped in and to wait for a call from them. After the estimated date passed with no call, I called back and they had to order the windshield because it hadn’t been done the first time. When the glass did get in, they forgot to re-plug in a component before installing the new windshield, and had to keep my car for an extra day to fix it. They were very apologetic and professional about the entire experience, and without the hiccups my car would have been in and out in less than 2 hours.

I made an appointment for 9 am and was was told it would take only a couple hours. 5 hours later my vehicle hadn't even made it into the bay. After speaking with the argumentative women on the phone, I found out that people without a vehicle to leave in are serviced before the people with appointments, even if the appointment came first.
