In-Ex

IN-EX is the absolute BEST source for modern furnishings and fixtures. Their offerings are carefully curated, with offerings from the best designers in the world. Ali has incredible taste and provides outstanding service-after-the-sale. I can't say enough positive things about him, and the company as a whole. From design assistance through to the final installation, they're just amazing. I'm running out of superlatives to express just how unique the store is, and how satisfying it's been to work with them over the past decade-plus. Be prepared: this is definitely a high-end store -- the products are truly exceptional in terms of design, build quality, and materials -- but the prices are commensurate. Think "Architectural Digest", not "IKEA", and you won't be disappointed! ~David

Bank of America Financial Center

Ms. Sophie W. at this branch gave me excellent customer service today as she kindly processed my voluminous currency deposits from vending machines. She treated me as though I were an important customer, rather than as just the lowly technician tasked with depositing some out-of-state corporation's dough (which I am). She even gave me a human being's email address for the purpose of requesting appointments in the future for this type of time-consuming deposit work. That was an awesome touch of customer service, because you know, when you call a bank, you can never get a human, right? Especially if you are not even the account holder. Which I'm not. And yet I was treated well here. Feels like, hey, maybe life ain't so bad after all, eh? ~Glen

Massage Envy

After over a decade of membership, I am saddened to have to write such a poor review. While the therapists themselves are great, management is poor. They book over scheduled appointments and you will often arrive to discover that your appointment slot was given away to someone else. A waste of time to drive all the way there, only to have them say they need to reschedule you. The manager is never available, and nothing is done to rectify their misstep. Currently, searching for an alternative company and massage membership to switch too. ~Katherine
