Ms. Sophie W. at this branch gave me excellent customer service today as she kindly processed my voluminous currency deposits from vending machines. She treated me as though I were an important customer, rather than as just the lowly technician tasked with depositing some out-of-state corporation's dough (which I am). She even gave me a human being's email address for the purpose of requesting appointments in the future for this type of time-consuming deposit work. That was an awesome touch of customer service, because you know, when you call a bank, you can never get a human, right? Especially if you are not even the account holder. Which I'm not. And yet I was treated well here. Feels like, hey, maybe life ain't so bad after all, eh?

09/21/21 New to LA, a lovely lady by the name of Sophie, assisted me with opening a bank account in a timely manner with Bank of America. She was sweet, patient, informative in the most simplest way and had direct answers to all of my questions. Sophie made my experience go smoothly and I feel better about opening an account, I believe she’s what every Bank of America needs from her kindness to accommodating customers to her performance at work. All are exceptional in my best opinion. - Alisha Alexandre

Great experience at the bank yesterday. There’s no question in my mind why they’re the highest rated in the westside. If BoA is reading this…Dinah was a rockstar!

Walked into this branch on a Saturday 15 mins before closing and the staff were friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed during my visit. Great customer service!

Most horrible experience ever. So unprofessional. Albert didn't know what he is doing. He was high. At the end of the meeting he asked me out..... FYI he had a wedding ring. I am disgusted. Will never go back to this branch.

I got "helped" by two employee at this branch. They were both rude obnoxious and unprofessional. Ben Hasin and Albert Tarzimanov. Albert was on his phone while I was explaining my problem to him and he wasn't even paying attention. When I was done he said he needs to reffer me to the business banker Ben. This didng make any sense I don't even own a business. Anyway I moved to Ben office after Albert filled out my information somewhere. Ben start by telling me that I have to change my personal account to a business account and apply for a business credit card!!!! I told him I don't own a business and he was trying to convince me that I don't know what I am talking about. I refused to do so and asked to speak with the manager and he said there is no manager in charge!!! I couldn't understand . I said get me a supervisor and he said there is no one higher than the bankers in the branch!!!!! He was so rude too. Then someone waived him from outside of his office and he told me that I have to leave because one of his very important wealthy client is waiting for him. I said who is going to take care of my problem and he said call customer service!!!! They already waisted 39 minutes of my time. I was so furious. I went to a teller line and asked the teller if I can talk with the manager and she asked me to wait for a moment and she left to the back and came back with a guy. I asked him if he is only a teller supervisor and he said he is the banking center manager ...... Anyway long story short I would never ever go back to this branch. At the end the manager apologized and helped me by submitting some case for me to their customer service but I can't believe they wasted so much of my time.

Bank of America as a whole is a terrible bank. The branch manager at this office was extremely rude and his bed side manners are far from par. I would give it a negative rating if I could.
