Identity Boardshop claims that they are a premier skateshop when their board shop decks last less then a month. I cant even get a refund or store credit. I didnt even skate off of stairs. I have bein skating for over 15 years and this deck is the lowest grade... ~Bzhsye

Unlike some of these other folks, I had a good experience here. I knew the door was blocked and I was aware that some folks felt they were treated poorly. I had the opposite experience. I had some trouble checking out online and the gentleman did come out to help me. He actually fully checked us out as we returned the truck and even offered and printed me a receipt. He was helpful, sympathetic and kind to me. I was grateful for the assistance! I hope to never rent a truck again, but would work with this store gladly. ~Oboe

This particular location in the Bres Gateway town Center is an absolute mess of information. Do not accept any information from any of the tellers only get information directly from the branch manager of this location that way anything that they tell you that is not true you can immediately take up with corporate and you’ll be dealing with the manager and corporate directly. Also if you have to handle any large transactions this is not the branch to do it that they cannot handle anything over $5000 when it comes to a withdrawal even if you have 3 to 4 times that amount in your account. Again I cannot express the importance of anything that is time sensitive I would highly suggest you deal directly with the branch manager do not I repeat do not take anything you receive from the tellers as far as information as anything that you can count on you will run a very high risk of getting misinformation and wasting important time that you may have in your schedule. This location is super convenient. Last at the front is very helping, and their prices are good too. I prefer this instead of going to other Mail Centers mainly due their long hours of operation in comparison to other Mail Centers. Lastly, they have plenty of parking which makes it easy to get in & out. ~Hanspal

I love DXL......for me being a big and tall guy this store is perfect. FYI if you are a regular 3XL you would buy a 2XL here remember to size one down with this store. This Brea location is nice and clean and the service Is top notch the store attendant was so nice and polite he definitely helped out his name was George really nice and helpful guy... ~alfred

Very helpful, friendly staff! The manager was especially cordial, honored a price that was mislabeled. Organized, well maintained. My go to when I need running shoes!!! I go through a lot of them! Wide variety of styles, love this place for all of my shoe wants and needs! ~Lalaine
