Best department store in Burbank, California (CA) 2024

While it's great to have a mini Target nearby, the employees seem very put out if you don't want to use self-checkout. Additionally, they don't answer the phone. Don't want to have to go in store to ask a simple question. ~Chris

I usually don't write a review but I was treated so poorly at this store that I wouldn't buy anything again. My daughter and I purchased a summer top and unfortunately my daughter did not check the tag to see what size it was. When we got home she tried the top and realized it was small and not large so did not fit. I had the two receipts for all the merchandise I bought that day. When I tried to take it back they said that the top was not showing in my receipts. Unfortunately my daughter lost the tag and now I'm out of money for the purchased I made. I was charged for 2 tops and this was one of them but they refused to give me my money back even with the receipt. I will never buy anything again at this store. I guess you get what you pay for. CHIP STUFF BAD SERVICE. I usually buy things from Nordstrom and Macy's and never have any problems changing them. Don't waste your money going to this store. ~Larry

Love to visit Ross Dress Department bcuz I always find something for my home bcuz they have from bedroom decor, bathroom, kitchen, living decor, kitchen utensils, women clothes, Men clothes, children of any age as well as shoes for all the family etc. The store has a great and nice environment and the bathrooms are very clean, the personnel are very nice, polite, friendly and very professional and always willing to help, I always have an excuse to go to ROSS 💓 ~Mary
