Best auto repair shop in Chino, California (CA) 2024

They are a bit negligent. One time they sat in my car and got oil or dirt spots all over my seats and thought they could resolve it by giving me cleaner and a towel to clean their mess. I got my car detailed and got over it and tried them again for an old change. Only to get my car serviced at a shop and they tell me whoever changed your oil last left some plastic clips undone. Although, they said those clips wouldn't have done much damage and probably would've just broke off and had to be replaced that type of laziness and inattentive care is unacceptable. Please treat cars as if it was yours being serviced. ~JEN
