The guy that opened the shop I think his name was tony chino location was rude and I think he lied about not having the oil for my car because I was unimpressed with customer service on Sunday 9/18/2022

Brought my car, they told me it would take an hour because they were short staffed, went back after 2 hours and my car was not ready yet, they told me i had to wait for another 30 minutes so i ended up canceling

They are a bit negligent. One time they sat in my car and got oil or dirt spots all over my seats and thought they could resolve it by giving me cleaner and a towel to clean their mess. I got my car detailed and got over it and tried them again for an old change. Only to get my car serviced at a shop and they tell me whoever changed your oil last left some plastic clips undone. Although, they said those clips wouldn't have done much damage and probably would've just broke off and had to be replaced that type of laziness and inattentive care is unacceptable. Please treat cars as if it was yours being serviced.

They know how to take care of my car. I have never had a problem with Walmart on Grand and Chino Auto Care center.

Pro: The services are fine. Con: They don't usually have the tires I need and almost never answer the phone. I don't like to have to drive 25 minutes each way just to find out an answer to my questions. That a simple phone call can solve. Service: Oil change

I was treated so well I don't see what other people are talking about I've been coming here for years. They give me my car on time you can shop while you wait or eat. Go during the week they close at 7 if you're waiting in line of course it gonna take more time they only got two lanes to work oil changes on.

Customer service is bad. I waited outside for 30 miniues and they decide orders arbitrarily without checking it. When I complained about it and let him know correct order, he said he will do it at the same time. He lied. A girl who arrived after me brought her mom's car too and I had to wait 3 hours because he did my car for the last. Yes. it is cheap. But I waited for 3 hours to get the oil change and it is costly. Not worth the money.
