Staff is unknowledgeable about international letter mailing. Overcharged me $35 for a normal letter envelope to China claiming it's what USPS would charge. USPS price is less than $2

I have used this location since moving here to Plano. They are full service and the Staff is so friendly every time I come in. I also appreciate the added novelties to add a touch to any parcel I send or just to get a spe candle for a birthday or ectopic buy stamps. I am disabled with mobility issues and really appreciate the parking at the door!

Just like other reviews say, DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. We chose this location to pick up our U-Haul, and we simply couldn't due to a mistake of theirs. They forgot to set the key in the lockbox for us to pick up, and I had to speak to U-HAUL customer service so we could get a truck elsewhere.

Do not use for Uhaul. We showed up at 10am. It was 10:10 before they opened. We where here before anyone else. He helped all the parcel customers first. Then issues with assigning the truck. The young man working there had a very “I don’t care” attitude. Moving is stressful enough. Took an hour to get our truck.

Reached the place on Saturday afternoon, hoped FedEx will pickup at 4PM. Person at the counter stated FedEx ground shipment does not pick-up at 4PM and will be picked up Monday morning. FedEx picked up on Monday 4PM, not the morning. As a result package will arrive at the destination one day late. If your business did not misled me, I would have dropped the package at FedEx location that ships Monday morning. You can blame FedEx, but I do not trust your business. One day delay - 1 star.

This was my first time here. The only employee there, Odetta, was so patient and helpful while I was there and able multitask with all the other customers and mailman coming in. She helped me find the best packaging solutions for all my shipments and did things quickly and efficiently

Great service! The lady was super busy but super nice. That’s much better than usps or any shipper locations I have ever been. She’s so patient to explain what they do and what they can provide. So glad I found this jewel close to Allen. Highly recommend!!!

I have been a customer here for around 20 years. It turns out the new ownership is great. I really like coming in here to do my mailings, etc.. I was critical at first because I thought they were expensive, but it turns out the rates for shipping have gone way up and is no reflection on this business. I appreciate all you do.

As you can see the majority of these reviews are from years ago when the previous owners owned parcel post. They were absolutely friendly, helpful, amazing and just made you feel welcomed. These new owners are rude, have a stank attitude, condescending, and are of no help whatsoever. Before acquiring a PO Box at a third party forwarder, let me forewarn you in advance, you will not be able to forward your mail the normal way by going online and updating the address or putting the card in the mail, literally, the third party forwarder (Parcel Post) after you close your box will forward your mail for a fee. When I closed the box I was told by a lady there that I can just come and pick up any mail without paying however, per the owner she says not true and that she will not release my mail. Initially, I wanted to say F it and have her return to sender all my mail but I ended up paying $5.00 to receive my mail and I told her anything else to return to sender. The female owner and male owner in lack of other words is a bad word I will not say, she overtalks, seldom speaks even if you do say hello. Always has an attitude. The other women who work part time have been friendly and never had issues with them. But I knew when the old owners sold, there would be customer service related issues. And even after paying the $5.00 half of the damn mail was junk so now I wish I told her to return to sender everything then. But it’s cool, I guess they really need and struggle for $5.00. I don’t anticipate them remaining in business long as I’m quite sure those that had boxes with the old owners have probably been closing or will close soon. After 5 1/2 years of dealing parcel post it really sucks to be left with such a bad taste in my mouth and to top it off to argue and get out of character with someone like the owner who totally wasn’t worth it. But I no longer have to see or deal with them again.
