Worst kinko experience ever. The two female employees were disinterested and I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes while they were doing nothing. Once the were available they gave me exceptionally poor service. Avoid this location.

Went in to print some files and had no help for 15 mins and the printer charged my card anyways. Use any other place but here

Used to be good, not any more. Find a different location for these services, don't go here. The staff were trying very hard but failing to help any of the customers in the store today. I called ahead for passport renewal help and, come to find out, you can't send passport renewals out of this office. You can only use the extra paid service to renew. The copier was taking over 1 minute per page, and of course it botched my first printout so I had to pay for a second (this time in full color)... All the while, a manager-guy was busy doing random tasks, talking to the helpful employee who was working with me, and generally just being obnoxious.

By far, the longest wait I've ever experienced at Fedex. There was only one worker to help. The other left even though I has already been waiting 10 minutes. Front desk worker seemed untrained and unfamiliar with the software. 15 minutes wasted. Go elsewhere.

7 customers in the store and one woman behind the counter. She was messing with a printer for a good 20 minutes while we all just stood around looking at each other. Extremely slow service and understaffed.

From my experience and observation these people try really hard to make every customer happy but it's simple not possible. I watched an employee man the shop singlehandedly and provide outstanding service to three people at once, unfortunately the fourth person was upset.

Jerry helped me on my visit. He’s quite the star when it comes to customer service. He should really be running your FedEx traning department. Everyone can learn something from him by his awareness of customers, knowledge of your services, and kindness that he displays. I saw him handle my needs and two other visitors at the same time with great care while a rush of customers eight long filed in line. He kept his composure and smiled while helping everyone. 10/10

This is a great place to ship things. Staff was very nice and friendly. Also, super helpful with the huge return I had. They had a cart to put it on right by the entrance door ready for use. They even helped me put it on and took it for me because I wanted to move my car out of the handicap parking in front.

This a wonderful experience. The customer service rep was so pleasant and very helpful. There were some items on clearance and he offered to check the sale price for me. There was a manager on duty that greeted me. Overall most Fed X office staff are pleasant but this one , I would say is exceptional
