Best poster store in Plano, Texas (TX) 2024

Used to be good, not any more. Find a different location for these services, don't go here. The staff were trying very hard but failing to help any of the customers in the store today. I called ahead for passport renewal help and, come to find out, you can't send passport renewals out of this office. You can only use the extra paid service to renew. The copier was taking over 1 minute per page, and of course it botched my first printout so I had to pay for a second (this time in full color)... All the while, a manager-guy was busy doing random tasks, talking to the helpful employee who was working with me, and generally just being obnoxious. ~Rowdy
