I highly recommend this business! Drew is amazingly down to earth and easy to work with! My first time ordering a large quantity of mugs and let’s just say I ran into a lot of mishaps on the way. But Drew was quick to assist and held off on my order several times while I readjusted what I needed. He’s been in this business for over 20 years and it really shows! Shipped 2 of the same size in dimension box and when I look at receipt they put one box was bigger than other. Also didn’t put what each box costed.. meaning they just made me pay $80 without a weight for any of the boxes. Don’t waste your money here just go to ups or usps!!! ~Vanessa
