Shipped 2 of the same size in dimension box and when I look at receipt they put one box was bigger than other. Also didn’t put what each box costed.. meaning they just made me pay $80 without a weight for any of the boxes. Don’t waste your money here just go to ups or usps!!!

These guys! I brought in a package using a UP* label and they laughed. They totally rewrapped it and got it to the right place all with a smile on their face. It was my 1st visit there and will definitely be going back when FEDEX services are needed. Parking is adequate. Easier access if entering off Edison.

Every time I come in this store, the female manager has an attitude. I’ve been here about 3-4 times now and she is distasteful every single time. Might want to consider demoting her and promoting an employee with good and personable customer service skills.

First, I’d like to say I’d give the store manager a 5 star. She’s friendly, fast and just understands what it means to deliver exceptional service. Been here a handful of times to have a good understanding and feel of the store. If you get the store manager, Regina or this other guy, you will be in good hands (I think he’s the assistant store manager - he wasn’t in today) but boy if you get anyone outside these 3, you are going to have the slowest service of all time. Sometimes, I park and just look to see who’s working the front counter before deciding to ship here or elsewhere. But today was especially frustrating because it’s cold out and they are making us form a line outside because the store is at capacity. The sign states the capacity is 10. There were 3 people inside and 4 of us standing outside. Come on FedEx.

REGINA YOU ARE AN ANGEL! my wedding poster kept coming out PURPLE and not royal blue and she printed it like 3-4 times, even switched paper types. I really appreciate your patience and help. The file was the issue but you going that extra mile won a customer for life :)

The Caucasian male doesn't know the return policy even though it is his job. We've tried to return BBB item, so the returning needs only 1 return code, but he kept saying that it required 2 codes, even though I showed the 2 barcodes and how it is listed as 1 return code. He even told my husband, "I don't want to fight you" lol. Before you say you want to fight the customer, just study the return policy. I will also complain to the Fedex head office since you may need to be trained again. We will never use that Fedex office. Horrible customer service.

Manager is condescending and throws her employees under the bus. Take accountability and resolve the issue. They were gossiping before addressing myself or another person standing waiting for them to finish. Worst FedEX I’ve been to.

Came to send a Package to NY. I was unaware that portable battery chargers can't be sent. Not an issue... I can understand. Friendly people and courteous.

The BEST customer service EVER!!!! These girls know what’s up! Helped us print our papers in 5 mins. Staples told us it was going to be twice the price and that we had to come back in 24 hours to get them. 5 STARS!!!
