Best personal trainer in Chula Vista, California (CA) 2024

I dropped in here for a couple weeks while visiting family. I absolutely recommend this facility. I loved the variety in programming, so I wasn’t doing the same thing everyday. I especially like how they work on different skills/ strength training/ barbell lifts in addition to the workout of the day. They explain everything well and check your form so even if you’re new you’ll feel comfortable. I got some great workouts in while being here. All the coaches were super nice, I was with Serena the most and she was very helpful and personable. This facility is well equipped and has everything you need. When I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be back! ~Casey

Moved to SD a little less than a year ago and tried out a few gyms around my neighborhood. Tried out a few free classes at different places and they just weren't for me. When I walked into OTF for my first free class, EVERYONE was so welcoming! Front desk staff, members in the lobby and the Coaches made me feel very comfortable. I walked out with the unlimited membership and I haven't looked back since. This place is so much fun and the workouts are GREAT! Also, you will build friendships while you're here.
