Best book store in Citrus Heights, California (CA) 2024

They have a great selection of books. The store is quiet and clean. It's a very relaxing environment. I gave it four stars instead of five because of the staff. There was a women at the counter in the center of the store. She was scrolling on her cell phone. I asked her where I should check out. She didn't even lift her head up from her phone and said, "Upfront." When I walked upfront, no one was at the register. I didn't have to wait too long before help came. The girl was very friendly but when I asked for a bag for my books, she said they had ran out, and that I could purchase a reusable bag. ~JordaNicholas

Lovely little store! The place is small, but packed with all kinds of books, all neatly categorized. The owner is the sweetest guy and very patient with any questions. I only wish the manga section was bigger 😅 (but that depends on how many people will donate them 👀). ~JuniperJaye

Catholic or not we all share the same God and if you want a great experience you need to go to the Easter Catholic bookstore on Sunrise and Woodmore Oaks I'm a Catholic myself and I have lived in this area for about 8 years driven by it a thousand times even though my Church is Holy Family right down the street from this Great Catholic store that I would stop and I never did and I am a person that does not believe in luck or coincidences I believe in reasons and there was a reason that first day that I had walked in and saw so many beautiful things I could have bought the whole store if I had that kind of money because it's really a majestic and you really feel like you're in God's Church and they were very kind enough to hold a couple pieces for me until I could pick it up on the 1st and when I went in wouldn't you know it what are the chances of having two Catholic priests there at the same time I mean as I was having one Priest Bless all my items that I purchased and I am sorry to say I don't even know his name or what Parish he comes from I was just so happy he was there so he could Bless my items and as he left another Priest came in from El Dorado hills and I got to speak with him for a while as well and I just thought I was just totally Blessed that day because that doesn't happen but it happened to me and if you ever want to get a true Blessing go to the store and if they don't have what you're looking for they will go out of their way to find it so I invite you all as well as the Easter Catholic store to go in and check out this beautiful place oh and by the way I bought the most Beautiful piece of Art of Pope John Paul II I won't tell you for how much because that's for you to go and find out so please take the time out and stop at the Easter Catholic store and I know you will find what God wants you to have.
