I've never been to a JIFFY LUBE before. However, after reading the great reviews online, and being desperately in need of an oil change, I decided to go to the one just off Newport Blvd. & Victoria St. this morning (Sat., 5/28/22). I was absolutely amazed at the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from Farrell B, who made me feel so welcome, and from the technician who performed the oil change on my 99 Ford Taurus!!
