I've never been to a JIFFY LUBE before. However, after reading the great reviews online, and being desperately in need of an oil change, I decided to go to the one just off Newport Blvd. & Victoria St. this morning (Sat., 5/28/22). I was absolutely amazed at the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from Farrell B, who made me feel so welcome, and from the technician who performed the oil change on my 99 Ford Taurus!! The staff was helpful changing my bulbs on my turn signals, my wipers blades as well as my oil . Roger Danny and Dylan were some of the ones that assisted me . My truck is running smoother because of them. ~Man
