I bought a sofa a few weeks ago. I originally decided for one and because I wasn't sure about some things, I decided to call. Spoke with Henry, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. He offered to send me a link to a different sofa that was closer to the color that I wanted. The sofa was a bit pricier than my initial choice but this one was way better and had the color I wanted. So I switched. They delivered exactly on the day that I requested and during the time window promised. There are so many websites out there to choose from when it comes to buying furniture.
