I bought a sofa a few weeks ago. I originally decided for one and because I wasn't sure about some things, I decided to call. Spoke with Henry, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. He offered to send me a link to a different sofa that was closer to the color that I wanted. The sofa was a bit pricier than my initial choice but this one was way better and had the color I wanted. So I switched. They delivered exactly on the day that I requested and during the time window promised. There are so many websites out there to choose from when it comes to buying furniture. What did the final trick for me was their excellent customer service and talking on the phone with Henry. The sofa is great quality for the money I paid. I am very pleased with my purchase. ~Nora
