I bought a sofa a few weeks ago. I originally decided for one and because I wasn't sure about some things, I decided to call. Spoke with Henry, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. He offered to send me a link to a different sofa that was closer to the color that I wanted. The sofa was a bit pricier than my initial choice but this one was way better and had the color I wanted. So I switched. They delivered exactly on the day that I requested and during the time window promised. There are so many websites out there to choose from when it comes to buying furniture. What did the final trick for me was their excellent customer service and talking on the phone with Henry. The sofa is great quality for the money I paid. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I realize that I write a lot of negative reviews for online spammers, but I feel like someone needs to let potential customers know what these businesses are doing, and it really is bothersome and dishonest. Now, this place, Palace Decorators is in a class of its own when it comes to spam. They have more posts for their furniture than I have ever seen and are using bots or paid spammers to post their trash for them. It is 100% impossible to avoid their spam ads, sometimes hundreds of times a day, for many many different products, all in the improper sales category. This company now sees their practices as a joke and has gone out their way to spam even extra now, making it so that the online classifieds are useless, aside from a billboard for their junk. It boggles my mind that they would blatantly lie to customers, and they don't seem to care just how obnoxious their ads have become. Please, never, ever step foot in this place.

I should have known better than to buy furniture on-line, unseen. The quality of the furniture was not good. all drawers slide on wood, with no gliders, and there is a lot of particle board, and thin veneer, that break and peel off easily. The owner and workers were nice enough, but it took far too long to set up, and there was a-lot of haggling, up-selling, and changes to delivery and set-up dates and times. I was asked to pay cash, which I would highly reccomend against, as you have no leverage to get them to do what they say, or for returns, which they will charge you a huge restocking fee, and require you to deliver the furniture to the factory yourself. If you buy, be 100% sure nothing is broken before the delivery person leaves, and if you open the boxes, they will not allow returns. Do yourself a favor, and buy from a shop, or flea market, to get much better furniture for less money, and less hassle.
