Incredibly annoyed that they do not have pens or Let anyone use their pens. The girl wouldn’t even write on my package for me so I had to leave and not ship my item. Don’t worry though, I drove to the ups store and paid them my money instead. Will now be using the ups store for all my shipping needs from now on.

A woman (believe to be from Africa Continent due to her feature and accent) was so rude she brought tears to my eyes. She yelled at me, in front of other customers, for putting a Priority Mail envelop on the service counter while I close it. She asked me to “go outside and finish my packing and come back”. I was just closing the envelop! I did not leave, waited for the next attendant and left, not without telling her how rude she was!

The mail room is only open from 8:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays. I typically work from 7am to 5pm every day and this makes it impossible to mail anything unless I rush out during my lunch or make a special trip. Very disappointed, but at least the Holden post office has figured out how to stay open until 5pm.

If there was less than 1 star I would have picked it. Horrible experience, and incorporative staff. I went with my sister there to ship a big package with a prepaid USPS label, but the manager there rejected the package and kept telling us that it’s overweight and that’s why the scale is not taking it. How can a label be printed if the weight was not correct????!! He made a big scene, and was extremely not nice and offensive that he threatened us if we didn’t leave with the package he will call the police for us. We told him we will wait for the police and refused to leave, in less than 2 minutes he came back apologizing and took our package. I have always trusted the USPS, but I will never do business with this place again, and definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.

Amy is an unprofessional staff at this post office. I left this place feeling so confused as to what I am suppose to be doing for my passport. I filled one form thinking it was the one to which she asked another staff which is no problem at all. We all need to ask someone for reassurance or just for more information if we don't know it. She comes back and tells me I need to fill out another form. I didn't understand so as I was leaving, I decided to go back in. I told her "no offense to you, but can I please talk to the person you talked to". I wasn't mean about it, I just wanted more information and he was the one I talked too who gave me info a couple years back and he gave her info. She gets mad and starts to give attitude when she is calling him. She tries to hide off behind the wall talking about me like I've been rude and disrespectful when all I wanted was more information! She comes back with this guy Brian. She is huffing and puffing. I told her I didn't mean any offense. She wouldn't even look at me at this point. This guy Brian was no better, lying to me saying he just got off the phone with Boston and this is what it is..I'm sorry but I'm not stupid to believe that. In matter of two minutes he got on the phone with them and asked? Just tell me information that I need to get my passport and what is the proper paperwork! If you know it then say it if not then tell me so I can figure it out on my own! It's your job, not mine. Remember that especially the next time you want to start huffin puffin around being rude to someone who was not even rude to you. It's amazing to see she was still talking poorly after I left. No class
