Came to try the “Jack Harlow” meal, which was great and totally worth $12. The five star rating is for the CREW. They were totally awesome and showed great customer service on a tough day. Even left with an extra thigh ;) Would return but expect a ****limited**** menu. ~Roland

The best in the area to learn all three weapons (foil initially, epee or sabre later depending on student preference). Positive, social, encouraging, fun atmosphere for all ages and abilities (beginner to advanced). Large, open fencing area (8-10 electric strips) for competitive/advanced fencers. Terrific community! Some terrific athletes at the gym but I’ve been comfortable modifying workouts to accommodate my 60yo body. Proof anyone can do it. But it’s really about the friends and people you will meet if you stick with it! ~Brad

Wonderful varied workouts with great instructors! I have been going to this studio for many years and I never get bored. Despite 14 + years of practice, I continue to learn new excersizes and new ways of moving. I have a bad back and wonky knees; the Balance Point team have worked closely with me to understand and address my issues. Each year, I feel better both in the studio and when I’m about my day. Before finding a home at Balance Point, I tried five Davis and Sacramento studios. For me, these guys are the best. ~Laura
