I am giving CVS a 5 star solely based on the manager Kristin who helped me out! The other manager on duty was not helpful and very rude. Kristin was very nice and understanding about my issues with the coupons. I will definitely be coming back because of her.

I believed that it was my doctor the first couple of times they messed up my Rx, but it's been different doctors but the same problems and now they've messed up my husband's too. This time they gave me the wrong medication because they just don't carry the right kind. They didn't even tell me it was different, I only knew to look at the packaging because they've messed up before. It's a completely different dosage, how is that even legal for them to give you something different without even saying so?

Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in Davis. They were extremely helpful and made sure we got our coupons and savings. I’ll be exclusively coming back to this CVS :)

I cut my hand and was looking for bandages a really sweet worker there help me out by not only giving me a free band aid but cleaning my wound. 10/10 customer service and I will definitely be shopping here again.

As of yesterday when CVS demanded self check out I have moved all of my drugstore purchases to Walgreens or Rite Aide. Merry Christmas CVS.

Terrible customer service from the cashier “Madison” (caucasian girl). I get that it’s late at night but you don’t have to be so rude. You could tell she was annoyed and just wanted to just get rid of the customers.

This CVS is poorly ran and the pharmacy is a ln absolute headache.
