Poor experience, I ordered the chicken tenders, the fries were stale. I was never asked about sauce for my tenders. The biscuit never came with butter like it used to. The person at the window never said a word to me and left me with the impression he did not care about anything.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. If I could give it .5 stars, I would. First, it is nearly impossible to hear what the person is saying into the speaker at the drive thru. Whoever she is, I’ve dealt with her twice and she doesn’t seem to understand a word I say. Second, they have failed to give me the correct order twice in the two times I’ve gone there. I literally just ordered what was on the menu, with no adjustments. Third, they are accusatory and avoidant when we go back to retrieve the item that is ALWAYS missing from our order and ignore us. When we do eventually force them to pay attention to us, they always bicker and argue that we are the ones in the wrong WHEN WE LITERALLY ARE SHOWING THEM THE RECEIPT. Lastly, they can’t even understand what we’re saying when we repeat it three times in person when they finally accept that they’re in the wrong and owe us our item. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF, or at least hire people that can comprehend how a fast food restaurant works.

Took 20 min to get wings and fries, all the priority to drive through orders. So, if you just came inside - prepare to wait, you'll be the last one. Check order right there, they "forgot" about all the sauces we ordered. Will never come back.

This Location by far is the worst KFC in the whole world. They are slow and very unprofessional. The store is completely dirty inside and there are cockroaches all around the outside of the building. The employees have no idea what customer service is.

Came to try the “Jack Harlow” meal, which was great and totally worth $12. The five star rating is for the CREW. They were totally awesome and showed great customer service on a tough day. Even left with an extra thigh ;) Would return but expect a ****limited**** menu.

Prices are a little high. However they do have coupons that they mail to houses. They recently re-opened for dine in. They remodeled last year. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You can also ahead and pick up. It can get busy. The wait can be long at times

Out dated, had to wait like 5 minutes for them to come forward to take the order. I think there are 2 people and one was just sitting in the office. Khari looked bored with his job and irritated that we took a while for the order. My shoes literally kept sticking to the floor because it was old and dirty. The walls were covered in grease drips. The moldings were caked in dirt and chicken crumbs. Every picture on the wall was sun faded, it was a bad experience completely. 1 stars because we didn't get poisoned but 0 would be better.
