Best pizza restaurant in Escondido, California (CA) 2024

I have never been more shocked by the absolute lack of customer service and just lack of general decency.. I ordered an order at 11:20 PM. My order was accepted into the system and it said it was beginning to be prepped.. After about 15 minutes however it's changed statuses to "order canceled" Everywhere I saw from the door on the location to the hours on Google stated they would be open until 12:00. This is unfortunate, I didn't get my pizza for the night. But life goes on. The reason I'm writing this review is because the gentleman inside the locked location treated me with the absolute and utmost disrespect. I was simply asking when I would get the money back that had already been taken from my credit card. Hes proceeded to yell "were closed and" and then he even stated "do you want me to call the cops?? Are you kidding me? I would have been fine with a simple "3 to 5 business days". ~Keegan
