Literally had one person working. Ordered online for pick up and 30 min after I placed the order through the app my order wasn’t even in the oven yet. Great job Domino’s….

We will not be ordering from this location again. This is the second time our order has taken over an hour to even leave the store. Last time we ordered it took 3 hours from the time the order was placed until it got delivered to us. We thought maybe it was a crazy day so we ordered again today. Currently still waiting as our order was placed over an hour ago and the tracker shows it has been in ‘quality check’ for over 40 minutes. Just sitting there waiting to be delivered. We’ll just order from another location. This is ridiculous.

We ordered 2 pizzas and twisted bread with cheese dip. Came out they forgot our twisted bread and cheese dip. On top of that they also forgot the to pit the creamy sauce for the dip it's just plain cheese on it and we waited 25 more minutes. VERY POOR SERVICE...

We made an online order at 8 am that was supposed to be delivered at 11:15 a.m. for our son and his class to celebrate his birthday. We received a call at 11:08 a.m. and were told our delivery had been canceled because there was nobody to deliver it, but that we could pick it up and the delivery fee would be refunded. When we were on our way to pick it up, we called to confirm and learned that the pizza was never made. At this point we had no time to adjust. A courtesy call earlier on in the day would have been appreciated. There wasn't much we could do on such short notice. I understand staffing limitations, but I don't understand why we were notified so close to the expected delivery time. This was poor communication and bad customer service on their part. If someone failed to show up to work, somebody should've stopped in to cover them. As a manager, that is what I do. According to the person I spoke to when I called the location, they were alone and overworked. Ultimately, this comes down to poor training and management. Very unreliable. I would not rely on them if you have hungry people counting on you. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Domino's again.

Canceled my order in the app after 45 minutes! Tried to call to ask what happened and no one would answer the phone. Time to start ordering Pizza Hut instead I guess.

Just trying to off set the bad reviews. All my experiences here may not have been all too great. But overall well. It's a stressful environment, I hope those who write such terrible takes never get to experience such high demand. The app makes things much better. Free pizza!

When a nearly $200 pizza order is 45 minutes late you would expect an apology at the very least from the so-called manager of the place. Instead This manager did not look up from what he was doing, did not show any care about trying to keep a customer . rude and full of attitude

If I could give a negative star I would. The manager of this location does not believe in quality service or excellence from his employees. The manager hung up on me after I called asking how much longer it would be after an hour wait. An hour after the “quality check” has been completed which means my foods been sitting on a shelf for an hour just getting cold and stale. The manager of this location needs to be replaced and I will take my business elsewhere!

2 bad experiences in row. The last time we ordered we waited 30 minutes after the eta which was anoying but not a big deal. This time. We Ordered online. Was notified it was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and the doors were locked and there was a sign that said “out of dough”. We knocked on the door but the people inside were intentionally ignoring us We tried to call the store for a refund and no one was answering the phone. The workers inside were on their phones eating and eating pizza as we stood knocking at the door for 15 minutes. I’ll have to contact my bank for the refund. Very poor management. 10/10 would not recommend Little Caesar’s would never do me like this.

I have never been more shocked by the absolute lack of customer service and just lack of general decency.. I ordered an order at 11:20 PM. My order was accepted into the system and it said it was beginning to be prepped.. After about 15 minutes however it's changed statuses to "order canceled" Everywhere I saw from the door on the location to the hours on Google stated they would be open until 12:00. This is unfortunate, I didn't get my pizza for the night. But life goes on. The reason I'm writing this review is because the gentleman inside the locked location treated me with the absolute and utmost disrespect. I was simply asking when I would get the money back that had already been taken from my credit card. Hes proceeded to yell "were closed and" and then he even stated "do you want me to call the cops?? Are you kidding me? I would have been fine with a simple "3 to 5 business days".
