A note to commend the Assistant Manager, Daniel, who twice showed us outstanding professionalism and caring customer service!... On two different occasions, his store did not have the paint product that we needed (supply chain issues). However, he called other stores to find the product, and even directed one of the store clerks on "how/where" to locate the product. He also guided us on our questions about "other" paint supplies we needed for the project, and only sold us what was "needed". Because of Daniel, we feel confidence and trust in Dunn-Edwards! Went in to have some paint mixed. When we entered, there were two other customers leaving. The phone then rang. The sales associate answered the phone, instead of helping us, and proceeded to ignore us for the next 10 minutes. We ended up leaving and will be trying to match our paint to one of the larger companies because of this customer service.
