Yummy fried chicken , Cajun fries, rice and beans!! Nice people. Good parking!!! Honestly it's a treat, not every day food but sometimes, we want a treat, right?

The tenders are unrecognizable, the chicken is overcooked and dry, the cooking oil is filthy and nasty. There's a good chance that you may get sick.

This location has the absolute WORST service every single time we go! The food is good and it’s the only location near me, which is why I continue to go. But every time they mess up on orders, forget to give condiments, or the worst - when going through the drive thru, they send us out front when food isn’t ready (which is fine) but then they forget about us! Multiple times I have had to wait over 25 minutes! Good thing I wasn’t on a 30 minute lunch break! Also, keep in mind that this location is rarely packed. It does not matter what time of day or the crowd level. These same issues ALWAYS occur. I go through the drive thru to avoid getting out of the car, but when they send you out front, it’s a guarantee that you’ll be getting out of the car after waiting over 20 minutes. This location needs training if they want to remain operational.

Totally forgot to take a before pic but if you can't tell how good the chicken thighs were from the picked clean bones, I don't know what to tell ya. Lol. So staff was very polite, ordered quick, food arrived quick, tables were clean, bathroom was clean, floors were clean. Not very busy for the lunch rush. Atleast not inside. The drive thru looked plenty busy though. So 5 stars. Very good.

This is ridiculous, everytime I order from drive through they're always forgetting to add some items. They need to hire new people that really pay attention when bagging food. It really isn't that hard. I've worked at a fast food restaurant for 5 years so I know it isn't hard. I always ordered from drive through, and today no cars behind and just one car ahead of me. I ordered a 5 piece tender and only gave me 3 and they also forgot to add my mashed potatoes. Last time that I ordered they forgot to add apple juice and apple sauce for my sons kids meal. It's always something everytime. And I hate parking after and going inside to get what they forgot to add in my bag. Today I didn't check and realized until I got home that they messed up again. Now I've been calling them but they don't answer. Phone just keeps ringing and won't even go to voice-mail.

Apparently the 11 piece tenders is a "better deal" because they just give you tiny pieces. These were the 11 tenders I got, and 5 of them are rock hard. Whoever is running the store, needs to make sure the night shift is throwing out the old tenders and checking the size of them.

Just have to say, Popeyes if my favorite fried chicken place. (But always open to change). Even when traveling I going this Popeyes!. I need one closer to my house 😆😆. Like the other chain locations, this place for not disappoint. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. They have nice crispy fried chicken. Also when you visit do not deny yourself an apple pie. Taste like the fried Apple pies I use the get at McDonald's! With the bonus that it has a healthy sprinkling of cinnamon powder. Delicious!

After reading countless articles about the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich, we had to come try it and compare to our favorite Chick-Fil-A. Stopped by 1:30pm Saturday and there were 10 cars in driveway and 5 people in line inside. That translates to a 30 min wait to get our food. The service was good, especially with the assistant manger. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, biscuits and some apple pies. Verdict: The chicken is juicier than CFA. The portion size is noticeably larger than CFA. The CFA chicken is around 3.4oz and the Popeye's chicken is probably 4oz. I didn't think it was as spicy as CFA's spicy chicken. I could taste the spice, but the CFA spice burns my tongue a little, which I like. The bun is softer and smaller than CFA. The chicken is definitely breaded more, so it's crispier. Finally, when it comes to flavor I think I like the CFA sandwich slightly better. This may be because the CFA chicken is pressure fried, but the Popeye's is fried in the open like most places make their french fries. Overall, I think it might be a tie for me. CFA may have a slight edge because the flavor is a little better... the service and ambiance are far superior at CFA.
