The quality of the equipment is lacking more in certain areas than others (a lot of the treadmills are too old, which is a massive bummer for runners). As far as gyms go, the variety and amenities are pretty okay (realistically maybe 3 stars), but the fact that it's 2022 and I can't cancel a membership over the phone is insane. Wildly outdated, as most other gyms will accommodate appropriately. I was informed that this is corporate policy, but if that's the case and this location is a franchise, they should be requesting a policy change due to the negative feedback I'm absolutely certain they receive. This location in particular isn't worth the price or the trouble that the LA Fitness name carries. Edit: added a star because my experiences with the day staff were always positive and one star is dramatic.

It is a beautiful gym and has an enormous pool. I highly recommend LA Fitness. The employees are kind and caring.

Free weights are ALWAYS out of order and have very peculiar smell (weights shouldn’t stink). Quite possibly the filthiest gym I’ve ever been in. Works for what you need, but expect extra cardio looking for the dumbbells you need.

Overall I use this gym and am mostly satisfied with the equipment selection and crowd as everyone is friendly. But they need to clean it more. The floors are just gross, I’ve literally looked at the same dirt sitting in one spot for weeks. I think they only clean maybe once a month or less. If they fixed that this place would be pretty good for the person that doesn’t require a lot of extras. GET A BROOM!

This gym is very close to my home and I have been a member for over 5 years. However, the place has gone to hell since COVID and to make matters worse it has also become ridiculously crowded. They aren't keeping up with cleaning, and a lot of the machines got rusty over the COVID shutdown. They aren't repairing equipment and much of the cardio equipment is old, making noises, or has features that no longer work. If you want a good gym, I would go elsewhere. Even though I've kept my membership for now, I've started going elsewhere.

I'm sitting here In the lobby with my friend who can get people in but there's a gentleman here at the front office who is not letting me In because he says that I need to pay 20 dollars. I have a guest pass but he is saying it isn't allowed. He is refusing to honor them. I've since been let in by another guy at the front desk. The courts looked old and they have a rim at 9'6" that you have to play on to play full court. I would of signed up for a membership if it wasn't for the horrible man up front.

Great gym, big, so open! Just moved from LA.. love this gym here much more! Just lots of rusty machines though. Hope they will change some of them very soon.

Great gym. I been coming here for over 3 months, and very satisfied even more. recently, the gym got an update training leadership with Eddie being on the team. His encouragement has inspired me to train with the team of personal trainers. I will say that it’s truly worth it. If you’re looking for leaders who are willing to help you get to the next phase in your fitness journey, this location is definitely for you!
