I always have fun shopping at Party City for all my party or celebration needs. However yesterday I bought some things for my daughter's 17th birthday party and was very disappointed in the balloons. They didn't float at all and by the time we got home they just fell down. I even paid for the "special helium" that's supposed to make them last longer. On another note the employees are always ready and willing to help. I just hate checking out! Even though their prices seem reasonable by the time you check out you've spent atleast $100 bucks or more on barely anything. If you are on a budget I recommend going online and buying the decorations for your event in a bundle package.

I was totally happy with how the manager helped me select the champagne that was on sale. I was lied to about the reason why it was on sale. I bought 16 bottles of Ande champagne for my niece's wedding reception. This bottles of champagne were not bubbly at all. So this part of her reception did not fizzle. Do not buy any on sale champagne here periodt.

Shelves were empty, not enough employees, and a store was super busy. I actually felt bad for the employees but they did help when I needed help.

I was a little surprised that they were not fully stocked on Halloween decorations . I wish they had more unique decorations, like maybe vintage, but i guess party supply stores just have generic that appeals to the masses

The nicest and most helpful balloon guy in Broward county. Somehow got 51 balloons into my Kia forte. Then gave me some extra that fit into the trunk.

Awesome service! I bought a baby girl bouquet and shortly after I tied it up it blew away! I called the store to reorder and they told they would remake and they would have it ready shortly. Thr manager, John, was so understanding and he refused to take money for the reorder.

This is a shout out to Dustin the manager and his entire team working these pass Saturday. Especially the gentleman who assisted with my balloons. I truly wish I could remember he's name (wears glasses) but everyone here was simply fantastic with assisting me with my coupon and my last minute balloons the service I received here on a busy Saturday morning was fantastic, thank you so much for being pleasant during such a difficult time where lots of business are lacking customer service. I'm glad to see customer service it's still in effect keep up the amazing work. Thank you again
