This location is the absolute worst. I was accompanied by "Stephanie" and the experience was utterly disappointing. To make a long story short she told me my partner had to be present in order to open a business account, which was false information. I went to B.O.A the same day and opened a business account w NO problems. Just LAZY!! Plus she didn't even know that I had an account with them until 20 minutes into our DRY ordeal. She didn't build any type of report. This place lacks customer service skills and character! The whole atmosphere was just stink and gray. Very disgusting behavior and I’m surprised that they're still in business. Furthermore, I am sending my complaint to cooperate as well.

I have a business account with regions bank, and the staff from this branch is very rude and inexperienced, they need to have more costumer service. I strongly recommend the branch located in the corner of broward blvd and pine island rd, nice people with very good skills and excellent friendly workers, they help me to resolve all my concerns and requests.

I'm very surprised to see these one star ratings. I've been with regions since 2009 and I've never had an issue. Staff at this location are always pleasant and some go the extra mile to give an extra big smile and make conversation. They've always been pleasant with me. I'm giving 5 stars because I've always had a pleasant experience. If for some reason I start getting attitude or bad customer service, I'll start taking away stars; I hope I don't have to.

Doris is completely unprofessional. She was friendly and polite during the beginning of the construction loan process, then stopped responding for two weeks. 16 voicemail messages. 11 unreplied text messages. I have called 13 times today to speak to Carlos, the manager. No one answered the first 11 times. Someone answered on call 12 and told me to call back in an hour as he was on lunch.I have no been on hold for 47 minutes and the branch is closed. So now I get to speak to corporate about Carlos as well. Stay far away from this bank. We will be closing our accounts tomorrow.

Low brow, bad customer service, I can definitely see them going under and disappearing like Wachovia did back in the day. Was already fed up with these people then went in to close my account and they told me I have to come in tomorrow because they have a pending charge on my account. Really? It’s not exactly a great time to be wasting trips to the bank. I felt like they didn’t even try to display any kind of customer service. Especially since I drove farther to this location than to my usual location because there’s no “drive thru” at my branch. Can’t wait to be rid of these people. Do your self a favor just stay away from Regions.

Unsatisfactory customer service. I really didn't want to go inside the bank but the ATM was out of order and left me no other choice. Went inside there was 1 teller and 1 customer and I stood in line for approximately 20 mns. Then another teller came while I was standing in line and still didn't offer to help me instead she went on the computer and the other was on the phone. So now both tellers are customer free and why am still standing in line? I wasn't even acknowledged. I was called by Vena and she wasn't helpful at all. It was an ordeal for me. I wish I could give 0 star.👎

I have been in business for 30 years and own multiple businesses. In my experience Regions Bank has to be the worst bank in South Florida. It takes them forever to get something done. I am in TD Bank right now transferring my businesses from regions to TD Bank who I've had great experience with in other businesses. Regions Bank has no IT Department to go to when there's a problem. It is a horrible experience. Do not bank with Regions!

Horrible service from Vena Constant - not helpful, combative and when I mentioned I wasn’t appreciative her manager Diane Cajuste gave me more attitude - horrible service from any bank! The general Manager Carlos Ruiz should be doing a better job there.
